phcah Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "phcah" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at phcah.cam, including all associated services, games, promotions, and account facilities offered by the Platform.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the phcah platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player on phcah, through which the Player accesses gaming services and manages funds.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Player's phcah Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account under an active promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all gaming products accessible through phcah, including but not limited to live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), slot machines, bingo, and any other gaming content made available on the platform.
• "Payment Methods" means the approved payment channels for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.
• "Philippine Peso" or "PHP" or "₱" means the lawful currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the primary currency used on phcah.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any individual located in a jurisdiction where use of phcah is unlawful, or any individual who has been excluded from phcah under a self-exclusion agreement.

2.1 By accessing the phcah platform, creating an Account, or using any of the services offered by phcah, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with phcah's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and phcah with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature between the parties.

2.3 phcah reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or by notice on the phcah platform. Continued use of phcah following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use phcah. This minimum age is consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 phcah will conduct age verification checks at registration and may require supporting documentation (government-issued ID, passport, or other acceptable proof of age and identity) at any point during your relationship with the platform. Accounts of Players who cannot verify their age will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

3.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phcah Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If phcah identifies multiple accounts associated with the same Player, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances.

3.4 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. phcah shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.5 phcah is intended for personal use only. Registration for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or in connection with any business operation is prohibited.

3.6 Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law are not eligible to register for or use phcah. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of phcah complies with all laws applicable to them.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcah Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

4.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your phcah Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phcah immediately at [email protected].

4.3 phcah strongly recommends that Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

4.4 Players must ensure that their registered contact details — particularly their email address and mobile number — remain current. These are the primary channels through which phcah communicates account-related information, including verification codes, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional communications.

4.5 Players must not impersonate any other person or entity, or misrepresent any affiliation with any person or entity, in connection with the use of phcah.

5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on phcah must be made through the approved Payment Methods listed in the Definitions section. phcah does not accept cash transactions, cryptocurrency payments, or payments made through unapproved channels.

5.2 Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered phcah Player. phcah reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified or third-party payment sources.

5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as processing times, are published in the phcah payment information section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification. Prior to processing a withdrawal, phcah may require the Player to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.5 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where reasonably practicable. phcah reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

5.6 phcah does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but the Player's payment service provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction charges. phcah is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

5.7 Players acknowledge that phcah Account balances are not interest-bearing and do not constitute a banking or savings arrangement. phcah reserves the right to impose inactivity fees on dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the platform.

6.1 All Games available on phcah are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each Game is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the Game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each Game before placing bets.

6.2 All bets placed on phcah are final once confirmed. phcah will not accept requests to cancel or amend placed bets except in cases of demonstrated technical error attributable to the platform.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or game error that materially affects the integrity or outcome of a game session, phcah reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. phcah will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from technical malfunctions.

6.4 phcah's records of game outcomes and transaction histories are the authoritative record in the event of any dispute. Where a Player disputes a game outcome, they must raise the matter with phcah support within 30 days of the relevant event.

6.5 phcah does not guarantee minimum winnings or the availability of any particular Game at any particular time. Game availability may change without notice.

7.1 phcah may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive schemes from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, eligibility criteria, and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.

7.2 Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Players may not transfer, sell, or exchange bonuses with other Players or third parties.

7.4 phcah reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to reclaim Bonus Funds if there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedge bets to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms.

7.5 Where there is any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phcah and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any phcah Game or service.
• Exploiting errors, software glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering, including using phcah to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing phcah from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing a Prohibited Person (including a minor under 21) to access your Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phcah software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcah staff or other Players.

8.2 phcah operates anti-fraud and anti-money laundering monitoring systems. All suspicious activity will be investigated and reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable Philippine law.

9.1 phcah is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options accessible from the Player's Account settings.

9.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility. A self-exclusion request is processed immediately and, once activated, restricts the Player's access to phcah for the chosen period. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once set.

9.3 phcah enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. If phcah has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player does not meet the age requirement, the Account will be suspended pending age verification and any winnings generated during the period of suspected underage play may be voided.

9.4 Players are encouraged to consult the phcah Responsible Gaming page for full details of available player protection tools and resources. phcah also directs Players to the resources available through PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs.

10.1 phcah reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phcah determines in its reasonable discretion that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that account closure is necessary for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

10.2 Players may close their phcah Account at any time by contacting phcah support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance in the Player's Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10.3 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, phcah reserves the right to retain any balance in the Account as liquidated damages or to offset against any losses or liabilities incurred by phcah as a result of the Player's breach.

10.4 Dormant accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as published on the platform, until the Account balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account.

11.1 All content on the phcah platform, including but not limited to the phcah brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the property of phcah or its licensors.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcah platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted.

11.3 Players must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phcah content without prior written consent from phcah.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phcah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the phcah platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

12.2 phcah's total aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Player's use of phcah shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12.3 phcah does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phcah expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

13.1 phcah collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at phcah.cam/privacy-policy.

13.2 By registering for phcah, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, age and identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

13.3 phcah will not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or for the operation of the platform.

14.1 phcah reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on the phcah website at phcah.cam/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated.

14.2 Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulation.

14.3 If a Player does not agree with any amendment to these Terms, they must stop using phcah and may request account closure. Continued use of phcah following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

15.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of phcah, the Player should first contact phcah support at [email protected] with a written description of the complaint. phcah will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal complaint procedures, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable Philippine gaming regulation.

15.4 Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
